What's included with your tune.

Every tune comes with:

• Remote log review and revisions for [30 days] after delivery
• Support during shop hours: [Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM ET]
• Typical turnaround: [24–48 hours]

After that window, quick check ins are still welcome and if I ask to see one more log to make sure the job is done right, that's on me. New parts, new fuel, or new goals are a retune, quoted up front. Need something looked at fast? That's what the following options are for.

Remote Track Support 

Racing and want me on standby? Book a remote support day and I'll have my laptop with me and my phone on for your event date tuning support only, from wherever I am.

Includes:

• Log reviews and revisions throughout your event day
• Priority response within [1 hour] during event hours ([8 AM–10 PM])
• A pre-event check of your current tune and logging configuration.

Book by [Thursday night] for a weekend event. Slots are limited to [3] cars per day so everyone booked gets the attention needed.

 Same Day Emergency Support 

Didn't plan ahead and something's wrong? 

Emergency support covers a same day session,  

typically a few rounds of logs and revisions until the problem is handled. 

Non booked messages get answered after booked sessions and that may be after your race is over.

This is NOT guaranteed the way a booked support day is. 

Booked emergencies go to the front of the line the moment I'm free.

• Booked support pays for my time and availability, not a guaranteed result. Racing is racing.
• That said: if your event gets rained out, or the car breaks before you can send me a single log, your booked support rebooks to a later date at no charge.  Grace goes both ways.
• If I can't take a booked emergency, you get a full refund immediately.
• Once we're working, we work until it's right. We won't be counting logs, I'd rather see one extra than wonder.
